Running, probably. Unless you're actually good at heavy-mode DDR. DDR will get you all worked up and sweaty but you may be discouraged and give up after a few songs. Running.. takes no feet-eye coordination, no one going Boo, no failing songs. So you can go on continuously.

DDR will occupy parts of your brain that will tell you running is boring, so you may not stop until you fall over.

I never sweated as much running as I do dancing....I would go for ddr!
