Why not name her Patritia Anny-Merie to honor your mother?
I like the name order this way best anyway and I'm sure your mother would also and when your daughter is old enough you can tell her she is named after her dear grandmother.

I have never been keen on oddly spelled names, which Anny-Merie is. I like any of the last names you mentioned, specifically Patritia, after your mother. Such a grand show of respect and love, dear one.
Since your spelling in the question is poor, perhaps you are also misspelling the names you want?

I don't like the Anny-Merie part..it doesn't sound very nice. But, if you have to keep it, I would go with the first one..Skylar. It's pretty, but, if you could, drop the Anny part and just keep the Skylar.
