IT REALLY DEPEND ON WHAT HAPPEN, IF THINGS WERE
NOT SO BAD, THEN WHY NOT, CHANGE ARE THAT HE
JUST MAY TALK TO HER.

I would not do it, but when I was 14 I might have been stupid enough to try to talk to her. If you really want to get him to talk to you, you should make the first move. But I think you are both too immature to be dating (or even flirting) right now and will remain so for several years. Sorry I can't give you better news. Have a good night!
