Strawberries and apples are actually a good combination for a smoothie, the strawberries make the flavor and the apple adds some sweetness

I been hopping that 7 11 will bring in there a smoothie maker. I do like fruit ones. But I do like to try one that has coffee flavor in it like with a milky and creamy substance also in it.

Yum, just finished homemade smoothie!
Frozen strawberries, 100% pure pineapple juice, and plain low-fat yogurt. Super easy, and delicious!

For variety, try different frozen berries and fruits, and different juices.

This is my recipe:

One small banana
6 oz. vanilla (organic) yogurt such as Stonyfield brand
1/3 cup semi-frozen mixed berries
Splash of OJ (like a shot-glass full)
Scoop of Vanilla soy protein powder
3 ice cubes

Blend very well on high speed til ice chunks are gone. Enjoy!
