Anyone have taken this before or know any facts on it??

I agree with Higher Power... Chromium was over hyped in the 90's on a study that suggested it was a magical fat loss supplement (they gave a bunch of football players chromium and most of the team dropped fat).

I've taken chromium and didn't notice that much of a difference. If you are into endurance sports, you may find it helpful, though as it improves the way your body utilizes oxygen.

i am not a big fan of chromium..it doesn't do much for your metabolisim..back in the 90's it was over hyped...B.C. creatine..but has fizzled since..just like hmb..not worth taking more than found in your every day multi vitamin
