Make sure she stays upright at least a half hour to hour after eating until you can get her to a doctor. If she does have reflux, this is nothing to fool around with in an infant.

I would also keep her asleep in a semi-upright position, such as the car seat to keep her stomach contents from being level with her esophagus.

If it's not that, then I would suggest keeping her awake later at night, or shorten up the day nap.

My son is 23 months and still has this problem. He wakes at 4am very morning and I know he is not hungry, etc. I think they get in the routine of doing it and then their body tells them to do it. I wish I had an answer for you. Good Luck!

it is common for children to sleep each and each of the time. my neice is 3 months previous and she sleeps from 9pm-6am immediately by skill of the evening, then she's wakeful a million-2 hours, sleeps a million-2 hours, wakeful a million-2 hours, sleeps a million-2 hours...and so on. that's merely her trend. her dr. reported there grow to be no longer something incorrect with it in any respect. i assumed it grow to be a touch weird and wonderful after I babysat her before each thing, inspite of the undeniable fact that it wasn't hurting something, so i went with the flow. she's also the happiest toddler i have ever considered in all of my 19 years. she in uncomplicated words cries if she's hungry, desires a diaper replace, or drained. she doesn't cry or fuss for no reason. so i'd say in case your toddler looks satisfied then do not project about it. if she's cranky there might want to be something incorrect. in case you nevertheless sense she sleeps too a lot then you definately might want to target to save her up a touch longer than standard, or wake her up after she's been dozing an hour or so. if she looks to accept as true with a lot less sleep then save it up, yet when she receives fussy merely enable her sleep. it gained't harm something. merely save your toddler satisfied and also you'll maximum in all probability be at liberty. really area be conscious....i continually discover it kinda humorous how human beings get worried or take exhilaration in it if their youthful children and little ones sleep a lot, yet even as they're childrens and dozing til midday the dad and mom frequently wake them up and communicate to them lazy. lol. my mom does that to me after I stay abode on weekends.

have you talked to a doctor about this. I know that babies can wake up out of habit. are you going in a feeding her? or picking her up when she wakes up at this time? if so this is something she is used to and has been programed to expect.
so check with your doctor for medical troubles and if that is clear ,check to see if it may be something you are doing unintentionally and try to correct it.
good luck :)

You could be putting her to sleep too early. If you're concerned about a health problem of hers, take her to a pediatrician.
