OK, my answer. I will have to admit that I have some interest in submissive women. I'm a natural switch that has been submissive myself, but I am finding that I would like to be a Dominant to a submissive woman. I think that it would take a fair amount of practice for me to be comfortable with the idea, but I'm wanting to work in that direction.

I would hope that as far as I'm concerned that submissive does not mean passive. Nobody should be a doormat as that it not psychologically healthy. (I have experience in that area.) I would hope that such a person (male or female) has the courage to not allow someone to be abusive to them, even though I would have no intent. But then, unintentional actions can happen, and I rather that they be stopped before problems arise.

The most important thing of all is that it's the relationship that matters, not the play that goes on. That's true in all human interactions. However, S/M does make the relationship more fun. ;-)
