It sounds like ringworm again. The spores can survive in the air for a long time. Just because she doesn't go outside, doesn't mean the spores are floating inside the house.
Get her back to the vet so it can be treated now.

LOTS of great answers here, many different possibilities, and all qutie right.
My first educated guess is that the ringworm has returned because a fungus is very difficult to eliminate. I show cats and know of cases the cats literally had to leave because of the suspicion of ringworm. Throws spores to reinfect the affected cat and others as well.
Others here have offered you different, plausible, possiblities.
In your case I would strongly suggest taking her to your vet to eliminate some, and research the others.
Good Luck!

is there a hole in her skin near the hairless patch? it might be a cuterebra. a type of wasp comes down when your cat is sleeping and plants a little larva right under the skin, which then feeds on your cat for a few weeks and then leaves when it's big enough. i would definitely take it to the vet to get it checked out, and the vet can remove the cuterebra if necessary. could also be an allergic rxn to something...take it to the vet.

Our dog had a patch of missing hair and the vet told us it was an allergic reaction to something in our home. It seems the carpet cleaner we used was the culprit. We used a different brand and he's been fine since. I know Arnold isn't a cat, but it could be something just as simple, that's wrong with your kitty.

Are your windows tinted and protected from dangerous rays of light? If not your cat, being white and short-haired, is the most suspectible of cats to get skin cancer. Go to a vet soon! Or it could be a weird itchy spot.

Please take your kitty to the vet...It could be anything, from your cat pulling out her own hair because of excess cleaning of the spot because of stresses or itching, caused by allegories from flea medication, or floor cleaners, laundry detergents or anything you use that has dies or fragrances. It could be because of a type of material like wool, or other possibilities. Lots of times allegories don't exist and then your body can't handle it anymore. It could be even from dust, there is no telling without the vet testing your kitty. Please let us know how it works out for your kitty. I would like to know what the vet says and how to handle it.

If it looks moist all the time, it could be mange. My dog had it, and the vet can give you a medication that you apply to it. Have it checked out soon because it can spread. Hope ur kitty gets better.

no one on here can tell you for sure. If you love your cat take her to the vet where you get an opinion worth paying for. A family pet deserves the best care we can give them. Good luck!

It could be a skin infection, or parasites especially if she is scratching.
