Today there is too much information available on losing weight that has become more confusing and sometimes difficult to follow. It’s actually very easy to lose weight if you follow my weight loss tips.
* Be in right frame of mind
Before you can start any diet program you need to be in the right frame of mind. If you do not feel good about yourself you probably will not want to choose healthy foods. You cannot expect the act of going on a diet to make you feel better about yourself. The only way you can choose to eat a healthy diet to lose weight is if you have a positive self-image.

Drink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people do not know the difference from being hungry for food or thirsty for water. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.
* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.
* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.
* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.
* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!
* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

No, I'm just kidding. Do lots of cardio. You can lift weights too, but you might build muscle mass and find yourself gaining weight from that. Eat healthy; if you feel like snacking, grab some fruit and not junk food. Protein will help you build more muscle if that's what you want. Don't cut off carbs completely. Make sure you get the recommended daily dosage.
If you're at the weight you should be at for your height or if you're underweight, please reconsider losing that much weight. It's not healthy. Looking good is not worth it.

well it takes quite a lot of perseverence to lose 20 lbs in that amount of time but if you are totally willing then...
no desserts unless at bday party
no second helpings usually and never 3rds
don't gogogo too much or you will create stress which usually puts on the pounds
no fast food dinners/lunches (try a few home recipies or www.google.com it!)
do crunches every night and morning
use your gym membership as much as possible
hint: just sitting for an hour can and will help you gain so try to stand a lot even if you want to sit. if you want... wear slippers or very soft socks so you'll still be comfortable!!
be happy! don't stress over your looks too much gal, that would make you self absorbed =S

Definitely, Cut out all sugar, all flour made products. Eat proper proportioned meals of a fiber breakfast, fruit, veggies and white meats. Meats 3ounces only. Veggies no more then 1/2 cup cooked, raw veggies as many as you like.6, 8 ounce glasses a water a day, White or green tea helps. exercise daily. and no starchy foods as that turns to sugar.

try a liquid diet but you know it's probably not healthy and you might lose less weight then 20 pounds

It's unhealthy to loose that much weight in 10 days. However, you can begin to see results of working out and eating lighter in that short amount of time. Don't starve yourself, or go on a liquid diet. The weight WILL come back. Cut your food intake, work out, and drink tons of water...Good Luck!
