Weighing 400 pounds is never safe for anyone! The more you weigh the harder the vital organs have to work i/e the heart, liver, kidneys etc til eventually through over taxing they begin to fail. Please try to maintain a safe weight for your age, height which can be determined by a Doctor or other professional... who can safely advise you. There are also diet and weight clinics out there. Take care of yourself! Peace!

Im sorry, i dont think there is any age or height that 400 pounds would be a safe weight. The most i have seen as healty and heavy weight are body builders who are 250lbs, 5'8" and 8%body fat.

But when it comes to weight health is more important then the numbers, if you or someone you know is 400lbs id sugest you see a professional for weight management.
