For a family of four in 2004 it was 18,850. The ridiculousness of the whole thing is that most states run 100% BELOW the Federal Poverty Level which is 20,000 for a family of four.

Not sure but if your working making $9 per hour you can't get no help from the state of ct cause that's to much money lol.But you can get energy assistance for the winter months
