i didn't really know that exercise would reduce my fat cells who thought that up?!?!?! that is probably the most retarded thing i have heard in my 18 years of existance. this was not meant to hurt anyones feeling but if you didnt know that go back to 5th grade thank you.

Are you trying to inadvertantly flame another who did not know that exercise would reduce their fat cells?
If so then that is not nice.
What maybe common knowledge to you maybe new to someone else, and visa versa.
No one knows everything, and if they did then things would no longer be fun.
