Before i eat a meal i will drink a glass or two of water so it will keep me from eating too much...I cut back on the portions of food...I love to dance to hip hop music so i count that as my exercise everyday...

well, i just eat normal and since i have p.e. everyday, i excersise. something else that helps is to just eat whenever my stomach says that its hungry(when it growls.) i love junk food, but i've cut down a lot now. hope you lose weight!!
