yes, took me 4 months, on and off. did a few short water fasts, 3 days here, 3 there. didn't overeat, made an attempt to get regular exercise, which included long walks outside, and inside the mall browsing. it worked!

Yes I did in 3 months. Really! No real diet either. I lost 40 pounds. (280 to 240) All I did was quit drinking everything but water. And I started drinking lots of water (64 to 96 oz durring a office work day). Now keep in mind that I was drinking lots of soda before and stopped cold. I have been able to keep it off too for 6 months so far and I been slacking a bit.
No exercise, but I am sure that it would be much better if you did!
I also stayed away from candy and very fatty stuff most of the time.
I could watch the scale in the morning and night and judge my progress by how much I loose over night and over so on. Get a digital scale! It a big motivator to watch every ounce melt away.
I also switched from hamburg to turkey burger, it tastes exactly the same but it is supposed to be much better for you.
On a bad note, because it was such a rapid weight loss I started getting gull stones and had to recently get my gull bladder removed. I am sure that the weight was not the only reason for the issue but it supposedly contributed a lot.
Basically dont loose more than 10 pounds a month.
Oh, and I saved a lot of money since water is mostly free. Ended up getting a cooler for home.
PS. cold water is harder to drink lots of. But if you need it cold, I would put a few inches of water in a bottle and put it in the freezer over night then fill it with water in the morning.
Good luck.

50 pounds. I lost about half a pound a week more or less over about 2 and a half years. It's not the fast or glamorous way, but I basically started eating more non-starchy veggies, and eating those first, along with fruits and vegetables while reducing the overall number of calories I got, mostly from fat. I also started and kept up a cardio exercise program.

I lost 50 lbs in about 6 months following the diabetic's food plan. It's all about serving size and portion control, but you can fit most any kind of food into it. Yes, I exercised, too.
I lost another 25 lbs in 2 weeks in the hospital last month, more or less by accident; my digestion didn't get going again after surgery, so I had a tube in my nose sucking everything out of my stomach 24 hours a day for 11 days. I couldn't eat or drink anything, and toward the end they started feeding me by IV. I DREAMED of juice all the time, cold, sweet, WET! Fortunately, it all came out allright AND I've kept the weight off.

i have lost only 20 but i am still losing.
I try to eat under 1250 calories a day.
Also I go to the gym 3-5 times a week.
And I drink water.
It workes really well. I still get to eat things that I like and I really like going to the gym. All the hype about it makes you feel better is true.

Yes I did. I lost 60..that is the good part of the answer. The bad part of the answer is that I did it when EPHEDRA was on the market. I took Xenadrine RFA and lost 60 in 3 months. I worked out 2 hours a day, and the weight just melted away. Ephedra was soooooo great...I wish the origional product was still available, don't u?

Yes, i have and most importantly, ive kept it off for 8 months now!! I weighed about 165 when I started and now i weigh 122. I did not go on any special diet. I cut portions drastically, though. I still ate whatever I wanted, but only a few bites of the bad stuff and more of the good stuff. I never deprived myself, though. I also drank diet coke (still do) and at least 3 glasses of water a day. As far as exercise, I started walking on my treadmill while american idol was on....lol, but ive retired the treadmill now, and just exercise on occasion. When i take the kids to the park, ill play with them or walk. Ive just made a lifestyle change, and I think that is the key to losing weight and keeping it off. I no longer feel controlled by food. Its just another part of life to me. lol Good luck to you if your considering weight loss.....Im sure happy I made a change.
oh yea...it took me around 9 months.

i imagine you purely responded your own question, yet only choose someone to inform you. Your nutrition plan would not sound very solid. right it really is a itemizing of no - no's: one million. No pop 2. No sugar extra to any nutrition. 3. No junk nutrition 4. do not eat out more beneficial than once a week. record of Do's: one million. Do drink 2 litres of water each day. 2. Do a minimum of one million/2 hour of workout in protecting with day - no matter if only strolling to varsity. 3. Do eat a minimum of 5 servings of vegetables in protecting with day. 4. replace finished fat dairy for low fat - milk, cheese, yoghurt etc 5. Do eat a minimum of two-3 servings of fruit in protecting with day. 6. attempt to replace all white carbs for multigrain or wholemeal, ie, bread, pasta & rice. 7. Do eat your tea dinner via 6.30pm and by no ability more beneficial nutrition after that. The later you eat at nighttime only receives kept as fat, as you at the prompt are not burning something once you flow to sleep. solid success. Remeber it really is existence-type not a nutrition plan. it really is something you do for ever. in case you drink pop and make mistakes each and every of the time, the purely man or woman you'll disappoint is your self.

it took me about a year and a half, i lost 70 pounds. i dropped all soft drinks and drank only water and fruit drinks. i didnt eat out and when i ate my meals, i chose small portions and healthier choices. i chewed gum a lot to just get the craving of food out of my mind. gum can help with just the satisfaction of having something in your mouth.
