I have an team member in my project whom i feel like cutting her off..... she has a habit of getting your personal email address , blog address, what ever she can "know" you more and will constantly update herself your latest update.... I fine with that, cool friend, you may say .... till recently I noticed use all the information she gather to start a gossip session with pp around her. Information were mostly distorted in her gossips... she's worse than the paparazzi ... Can't slap her in her face as we are in a project team (no choice). Even when i change the my blog address she'll go search for it ...... Oh no ..it's soooooo irritating .... Any witty ideas ????

start talking about her or of a person with her habits and post that. soon she will start to read little things that are eeriely similar to her habits and she might start to back off from writing or coping what you put out there. mayeb switch to www.livejournal.com or something where yo can control those that view your blog or rather journal! good luck...

Talk to her face to face and warn her not to gossip about you. You can slap her in the face cos she's doing something wrong something she shouldn't do.

You can't do much to her. What i think is tt you just isolate her and let her know something is wrong with her behaviour
