#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Don't know, but eating right and getting exercise tends to do the trick. If you are excessivly overweight (obese) nothing but surgery will take away excess skin/fat. Remember anything you take is just a temporary fix. It is just good old exercise, right diet and dedication. Why buy something when you can get the same results for free. You would just be giving your money to some Jag sitting behind a desk laughing while all of us desperate peopel are looking for the wonder drug. In realty anything you take will come back double fold. Good luck, and hope you choose to do it the old fashion way!
