I found these sites at about.com. The Roman one (second link) doesn't list prices online, but will make you an offer when you fill out their online form.
And the Italian one (third link) didn't have prices online either, but there is an email. The worldhum link also recommends a book which might help you, too.

I know they make the best, but, unless it is specially packed and shipped in a refrigerated container, it will melt. That should cost a bundle. I suggest you find an Italian shop that makes it near you, that might be easier.
