A change (increase) in INTENSITY of your training (work out) is the best way.

Change the types of workouts you are doing (ie. if you're doing 30 mins elliptical, try splitting it up, 10 mins stairstepping, 15 mins running, 5 minutes cycling, etc.) to work different muscles and keep your body guessing (which will make you work harder, therefore see further results), start adding more workouts to your week. Also increasing the duration by small amounts as you go on (try adding 10 minutes every 2 or 3 months) as well as more intense excercises. Try including interval training into your cardio workouts every other cardio workout. If you haven't already, start incorporating weight training - do many reps of lighter weights to tone, more reps of heavier weights to build. Hold small dumbells or wrist weights and ankle weights when you do your cardio. The trick is to incorporate a lot of variety to bypass your plateau. As far as dieting goes; try downsizing your portions and make sure you are eating something every 3 hours to keep you metabolism up/speed it up.
Goodluck, you can do it!

Change the type of exrecise you are doing, the duration or the amount of foods you are eating. Your body is getting "used" to what you are doing and adapting. Change it up, try longer sessions or do weight training instead of cardio or the other way around. If you have strictly limited your diet try adding a few extras in. Add a few laps in the pool every couple of days before summers over! Good luck!

once you plateau that means you have pretty much knocked off quite a bit of the excess and now you got to fine tune the rest which will consist of smart eating habits and consistent exercise. start slow and build but the key is consistency.
