Girl, whatever you feel comfortable in. Don't worry about specifics. Every time I ask my mother about technicalities in Islam (and she is very knowledgeable about our religion), she always told me to not worry about these little things, and just do what I know is right in my gut. We all are very aware that we are judged by Allah (swt) based on our intention. So if you feel modest in a knee-length skirt in an all girls school, go for it. If something feels wrong about it, then it's your right to do something about it.

it is fine if you worry about religious convictions simply wear tasteful slacks under the skirt and inform the school authority's about your religious beliefs. If it is an all girls school and there is no males working there then when you enter the school simply remove the slacks.

For religious reasons they will have to accommodate her and allow her to wear her long outfit.

no it is not unless they are all Muslims and you cover yourself when you leave the building.we are not to even uncover our hair in front of non believers
