**PLASTER** I had this done while preg. Not that bad..you just can't lay down. Either stand or sit on the edge of a chair. My late husband did it and got most of our supplies at the craft store. You need plenty of oil (water based) or petro. jelly for lube so the stuff doesn't stick to one's skin. I advise uhmmm....shaving...if you know where I mean LOL LOL Then you put on a thin layer of cotton batting, actually I didn't have the cotton batting and would recommend it . You use fast drying plaster bandages, they like dry within 10 minutes.........stuff the doc's use to mend your broken bone..........cast per say.........put in all on in layers using the mix and warm water and the rest is really history. I was nude for mine of course, above chest down to upper thighs. Good luck if you do it.

paper mache definatly sounds much safer... and not nearly as heavy as plaster can be... though plaster would prolly look the best in the end
