Need someone that knows math better than me. I cannot figure out what 2/3rds of $1112.80 is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again

Multiply 1112.8 by 2, then divide the answer by 3. The formula would be (1112.8 x 2)/3 = the answer.

Divide 1112.80 by 3, then multiply that number by 2.
Or you could just multiply 1112.80 by 2 over 3, if you know how to multiply fractions.

When you are asked to find a fraction or a percentage of something, you multiply. The word "of" means "mulitplied by."
So...
2/3 of 1112.80 is the same as (2/3) times 1112.80.
I'm sure you can take it from there.
