When I try to use my cam on Yahoo messenger with my friends I get the message " Server is too busy try again in a few minutes" ..constantly. When someone else tries to share cam with me I get the message " this person's webcam is not available." Someone PLZ tell me how to fix this and is any one else having the same problems??? thanks in advance. ~ Sandra

Okay several things can cause this especailly with dial up users because there is little bandwidth and very slow.
You may want to unplug your Cam from the USB Port and unistall it. Then plug it back into the USB Port and reinstall your Cam.
Make sure you remove the driver and reinstall it as well.
This way you can take out any glitch in your loading.
