It's natural for girls your age to be attracted to older guy, just remember that being attracted to them doesn't mean you have to date them until you're over 18, otherwise you'll get the guy in trouble. It's 2 more years, you can survive and then date whoemever you want in spite of age.

But seriously, if you really think you could have a serious relationship with someone older, just think of what will happen when you are 20 and they only want to be with 16 year olds? You will be history.

You are not alone. I'm 29 and I have a thing for 40 something guys. I think the maturity matters because they tend to baby you and they act superior cause you are younger. Being submissive is nice too.

It is normal. Guys take longer to mature. Females at 16 are more mentally like that age group you mentioned. This is not what your parents will want though. But your mom has got to understand.

no not at all...a lot of guys the same age as you seem less mature and it would feel like dating a kid. be careful about who you get involved with, though because you don't want to be forced into something that you're not ready for.
