Try to Make her laugh (but not too hard). And if you like her, get her to open up about herself. (Laughing will bring her guard down if she's a private person)
And the biggest clue that she really likes you: IF she tries to get to know you as much you try to learn about her. If she's even curious or ask questions to find out what you think, what you do for a living or if you go to school what you like or dislike about it that is a great start.
