This is what I've got:
princess
lady
baroness
duchess
a monarch (male or female ruler)
Tzar or Czar
Pharaoh (men and women I think...)

Here is the thing there are lots of titles for royal men. The women aren't as important in many cultures and don' t have any titles that I can think of or find. Good luck.

oh! goddess is not a royal title. It is an object of a religion to be worshiped .

Rani, Majarani, Princess, Dutchess, Lady, Sovereign, Monarch, Majesty, Wikka, there are a great many royal families (africa and asia) and I don't know the titles their females bear. Perhaps a Yahoo search would uncover a few.
