Why should happiness be overrated? Most of the people that aren't happy are negative and focus only on the bad things in their lives instead of focusing only on the good things and try to make the best of everything. The people who live life with an open mind and positive attitude are happy. I am happy. Everyone should want to be happy.

happiness in a matter of what you make it weather its relaxing or being with a girl friend or just watching t.v as long as your happy and content with what your doing and where your lifes going theres no need to feel not happy lol if you do not feel happy don't tell your doctor he will have you on more drugs than a crack house has lol

I think everyone wants to be happy. But sometimes we don't know what happiness is until we have something bad happen.
