Ok,my Sister went 2 Mexico 4 like 4 months 2 visit family, and I talked 2 her on the phone and she sound totally changed! In a bad way!I'm so scared that she's gonna be this freak! She's all into "Cumbias" but I'm like the total opposite!I like rock, and I'm a total Punk-rocker, and I take on more of my Dads German side(tall light/golden hair. I'm afraid she'll be so much more different. Suggestions, advice?

If you guys are close, I am sure you will overcome your differences. She is your sister, you should be able to embrace and accept the differences between you and still love each other for who they are.

She's your sister...try to talk to her but at the same time it's ok to lead your own lives. When she gets back she may want some space because she is realizing you two are different just give it to her...sooner or later you two will connect on something.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH CHANGE. ALSO WHAT IS SO BAD ABOUT BEING INTO CUMBIAS. I LOVE TO DANCE...AND CUMBIAS ARE GREAT...YOU SHOULD TRY IT BEFORE YOU KNOCKIT. BESIDE SHE ISN'T HURTING ANYONE, SHE IS JUST HAVING A GOOD TIME....MORE POWER TO YOUR SISTER.

Wouldn't the world be a sad place if we were all the same?
So what if your sister is different to you. Relax..enjoy her company. You may well be able to learn a couple of things from her too.

Leave her be!

You don't want anyone bothering you!

Besides Cumbias are great to dance to, Quebraditas, Rancheras all great!

Try it some day!

She is soaking in some culture right now. She will always have new experiences and be making the decisions that form who she is. Love her and accept her, she's your sister!

Everybody's their own person. Nothing wrong with being different. She is your sister and you should accept her no matter what.
