Your body does need some cholesterol to function. It is important for proper cell function, and your body uses cholesterol to make hormones such as testosterone, cortisol, etc.

You probably don't have to worry about cholesterol dropping too low. Your body produces cholesterol in your liver & other areas as well, so it is not just dependant on the food you eat. If you are on some crazy starvation diet, then you might have to worry. But if you are just eating healthy, it should be fine.

When you say exercise and diets, i assume that your talking about running and push ups and stuff. Just start running early in the mornings or with some friends. Join a school sports team that's away of exercising and your parents not worrying or knowing what your doing. Take up something like swimming and forget about what you eat. Try yoga if you can. It's the best, makes you thinner and stronger. There isn't anytthing really healthy i nthis world to eat because it's all CLONED, unless you grow your own food. Good Luck peace.

You're pretty good. I think it probably depends on the person, and the ratio of "good" cholesterol versus "bad" cholesterol...
