I want to loose my thighs and butt, will power walking everyday and a good diet help?

it acually bealive it or not it works the heart which is great for the body and burns fat. and yes if you countinue like this for a good while you will see a difference biking and swimming are also really help ful.

Muscles-heart, quads, hamstrings, inner thigh, outer thigh, glutes, abs. Yep a good diet and power walking will work, you will burn fat. You'll need to walk for 30 minutes to start, and then work up to more than that.
