Hi,
Based on a BMI (body mass index) calculator.
If you are male the normal weight "healthy" is 116-142 lbs.
if you are female, the it's 110-138 lbs.
one problem though, developed muscle contributes more to weight than fat and the BMI does not account for this. Therefore a person with more muscle mass such as a body-builder will seem to be overweight.
The BMI is meant to broadly categorise populations for purely statistical purposes. The BMI has become controversial because many people, including physicians, have come to rely on it for medical diagnosis - but that has never been the BMI's purpose. It is meant to be used as a simple means of classifying sedentary (physically inactive) individuals with an average (mesomorphic) body composition.

I'm 5'4 1/2 and I weigh from 122, to 125. When I was younger I used to weigh 130 for eight years. But just stay active and then you don't have to worry about your weight so much. And eat full meals, don't skip any of that dangerous bulimia or anorexic stuff.

That depends upon sex, age and bone structure. Women are much lighter than men. One tends to gain weight as he ages. There are basically small, medium and large bones. One of my lovers is 5' 3" and averages 125 lbs. with 38"/22"/35" figure. With the same girths, she'd weigh 127 lbs. at 5' 4". Another lover is 5' 0.5", 97 lbs., 33"/22"/32". At 5' 4" with the same girths, she'd weigh 102.6 lbs. Both ladies exercise and keep in great shape, so they show about what a small-boned and a large-boned 5' 4" girl should weigh...i.e. 102.6 to 127 pounds. With an average amount of bodyfat, a girl would be somewhat heavier than BiChen and Miyuki who both have quite low bodyfat from intense exercise.

you can go online and look up body weight and check the scale listed a common weight is about 125-145 if my memory serves me right. however there are alot of variations because really athletic people can weigh more, because muscle weighs more than fat.

Between 110lb and 145lb would be within the healthy BMI range. 120lb to 130lb would be pretty much ideal.
