Go here they have it all laid out for you.
Sirloin is ok but next time you grill buy a T-bone, 1 1/2" or thicker and sear it til medium. Yum Yum Yum.

The most common things we eat (though many people eat internal organs and stuff like tongue, I don't) are steaks: Ribeye, filet mignon, T-bone, sirloin, flank steak, round steak, then there is hamburger, ribs, all kinds of roasts (rump, pikes peak, etc.), brisket, stew meat and of course, calf fries or mountain oysters. We butcher our own beef because we raise beef cattle and this is pretty much what is in our freezer right now. My favorite is ribeye steak, hamburger and mountain oysters.
