Christ was always saying, he who has ears to hear. let him hear.....Of course he was talking about, hearing spiritually.

Then, in the book of Revelations, John's vision of Christ has instructions for the churches in Asia and he finishes with, he who has ears to hear, let him hear what the spirit is saying to the churches.

What do you think the spirit is saying to the Christian Church today?

I think if the "Spirit" is sending a message to the Church of today then it is totally deaf.
I have belonged to many churchs searching for a place to belong but there is so very little love in the church for one another (at least in America). Most American churchs are centered on youth, filling the pews and making good business decisions. We have lost our first love.

He would ask your self why the church homes at the instant are not united. @espresso Paul already addresed the Sabbath: Romans 14:5-6 “in a similar fashion, some think of at some point is extra holy than yet another day, jointly as others think of daily is alike. you will desire to each be completely confident that whichever day you opt for is acceptable. people who worship the Lord on a brilliant day do it to honor him. people who consume any sort of nutrients do in an attempt to honor the Lord, when you consider that they supply as subsequently God before ingesting. and people who refuse to consume specific ingredients additionally decide to thrill the Lord and supply as subsequently God.” Col. 2:sixteen-17 - Paul teaches that the Sabbath became into purely a shadow of what became into fulfilled in Christ, and says "enable no person bypass judgment to any extent further over a Sabbath."

I think part of it is not to lose our first love for Him.

Many churches will sweep people up into their own organizational structures rather than point them 'God-ward' whilst not carrying out the commission to MAKE DISCIPLES (not just CONVERTS) of all nations (and nationalities, ethnicity's, creeds).

All this while many believers find they have to go it alone because they are not welcomed by the institutionalised 'church'

Probably the same thing it was saying then. We all know God has not changed. The purpose of the church is to save the lost world, thus I believe we are still being urged to "Go!"

I think that God wants us to know now, more than ever, the importance of staying true to God and following Christ's example. This world is full of so many things that are against God...it's hard to walk out of your house or turn on the t.v. without being corrupted...

I think that He wants us to try as hard as we can to teach as many people as we can about Him, because I really do think that time is running out. That's why I'm here!

Apparently it's saying Build Huge Ugly Buildings and Make Yourselves Obnoxious. Oh, and Don't Forget to Drive the Jews Out of Delaware. (see link below)

I know this because Christians always do exactly what their Lord and Master tells them to do. Don't they?

I hear the Spirit saying, "God loves all peoples without condition, without prejudice, without holding back. God requires nothing of you for God is continuously creating. You are all One People--Muslims, Jews, Christians, Wiccans, Agnostics, Athiests, black, white, brown, pink, blonde, brunnett, red head, men, women, children, gays, bisexuals, lesbians, straights, transexuals, pansexuals--All are Children of God by the single virtue of having been created by God. This will never change."

I believe Jesus is telling us that we the people under the blood is the real church... also to take the church to the people instead of getting people to church... remember you are the church. also to spread the Kingdom of God with the words of Jesus for the kingdom is within us...

he who has ears to hear let him hear - Jesus was not talking spiritually - when He spoke in parables - if you wanted to know the answer or what He was actually talking about - you had to listen and learn - it had nothing to do with spirituality.

The Holy Spirit guides your learning - He says nothing.
