will it kill a person if they took about fifty or more of thoes pills in one sitting? 200mg, non-prescription

when i was younger I ate about 20 of these pills and never told any one they thought i had a fever cuz i was throwing up for 3 days in a roll

I'm not a pharmacist and hopefully one will answer--or better a physician.
4 200mg Advil=1 prescription dose. I've taken up to 12 in a day--not a good day mind you. Migraines sometimes.
Warning labels are a good starting point but you can always call your local drug store or Dr.

I keep a stash of Advil liquid gels in my medicine cabinet.I am a recovering addict and I can tell you that when pain hits me I will take as many of them as it takes to get rid of the pain,and this is all I use for pain.The most I have taken at one time was 7,didn't do anything but kill the pain.But I do know that too much will harm your liver really fast,my sister is a RN,and I have read alot about that.PEACE!!

some people cannot take ibuprofen. alot can really mess up the stomach and if you are allergic to them any thing can happen. you are taking a very big risk and are over dosing I would say if you are thinking of taking that many you need to treat your head instead of the pain because you are not thinking clearly

It could be dangerous for a few reasons (like it could cause your kidneys to fail), but it would not be an easy way to die. It would more likely cause a chronic, serious illness that would make life pretty miserable.

All over the counter drugs are harmful to everyone! Even the smallest amount of toxins are too much.

Overdosing on ibuprofen, or any other pill, will not kill you. Your body will puke it out.

i'm sure it would rot out your stomach and destroy your liver,yes! ask your doctor
