A man can't fake an erection. However, a man can fake an orgasm. All you really have to do is stiffen your body a bit, grunt, and twitch your penis about six times. I have done it exactly twice in my life. Worked both times.

To a degree, yes with my ex-wife when it started to hurt after 20 minutes of doing it our second or third time I would kind of fake that I got off so that I could stop. Usually what happened is that she would start again before I was fully ready. I do not have to do this with my current girlfriend all I have to do is stop and wait until I am fully recovered.

When condoms are involved and the woman doesnt know any better, it is easy to fake. Especually if you want out of the situation fast or the girl is just bad in bed.
