I HAVE checked PET STORES!!!! Petfinder.com doesn't have that catagory either, and pet stores around here don't carry them . I live in Michigan. Help.

a myna bird is not a good pet if you have children. They self teach themselves to mimic sounds and common words. They do not like a lot of attention and will bite the hand that feeds them.

I actually have considered parrots and different birds that could want to communicate. human beings attempt to get them to communicate for you, and commonly they're in the mood and commonly no longer. yet even as i grow to be a baby I lived down the line from an older lady who had a minah chicken. That chicken by no skill close up! you may want to easily about have a verbal replace with it.

Might want to do that before you get a myna bird.

Myna birds are illegal in North America. I suggest a parrot. However, parrots are LIFE long commitments. Do your homework before commiting yourself to get one.

They cost around $500 and they are very messy (poop wise) and VERY loud
