To start with I pay a man what he is worth.So don't be saying I under pay anyone.I hired anyone male or female --black, white ,brown yellow or even green. But the only people who do their work right the first time and in a timely manner seems to be the Latinos. So......

I assume you mean illegal immigrants.
First of all it is illegal to hire illegal immigrants.
You probably pay cash to your illegal employees so the IRS can't track them.
If these people want to work here they need to pay taxes just like most of the rest of us do.
I don't disagree with you on the working part, its just the part about these people not being taxpayers that turns me.
Latinos aren't the only ones who do the job right the first time.
Be careful when you make blanket statements and assumptions because they are usually not true. I have done that before and regret it.

Well, my boyfriend has been looking for a job for almost 2 years, since he graduated from college. Seriously - no one will hire him. He's either got too much education for the low paying jobs or not enough experience for the jobs his education qualifies him for. So....he'll do it!!!
Seriously - Its really hard for us to be happy about illegals coming into the country when he can't get a job. But I guess there are plenty of legal US citezens I'd rather have them ship out!
