Let's be clear, what your really looking for is **REVENGE**

Everyone has a bit of a weak point - remember that the abuse you are wanting to inflict should be something that will hurt them!! - that might be completely different than what hurts you....
So you have to get in there head a little bit.
I'm talking about emotional disruption....jealousy, envy, remorse, guilt, embarrassment.......
You have to figure it out what will work best against your foe.

You may even consider "setting up" a situation that could help execute your devious plan.

Just remember the words of James Bond (or some one cool)

REVENGE IS A DISH BEST SERVED COLD

CONSIDERATIONS:
planning, secret keeping, cash, gambling, associates, co-conspirators, drugs, alcohol, hidden cameras, prostitutes, drug dealers, loan sharks, scum bags.

OHH... One more thing.... You might consider just moving on with your life, stop dwelling and writing this off as a good lesson.

--Good Luck---

That question is tricky. While technically or hypothetically, all abuse is illegal as several have said, the illegality does not matter if the police choose to ignore it.

For example, right now, um, okay, the last 40 years, our official policy has been that abuse is something that men do to women -- an outrageous lie, but that's our official policy.

So, either emotional or physical abuse by a woman against a man is for all practical purposes in most jurisdictions ignored by the police even if they see it.

How many times have I heard smart-alecky, egotistical blow-hard males say, "Har, har, har! How can a tiny woman like that harm a big strong man like that?" This is intolerable when it is a policeman or judge.

Yet, protection from physical or emotional abuse should not be restricted to small people. No one should be forced to submit to abuse of any kind, whether it is going to kill them or not.

By the way, let me tell you all something on that topic. A late brother-in-law worked for many years as a corrections officer. (For you public school kid, that means prison guard.) He had a lot of fascinating tales to tell.

Once I asked him how many average male guards it took to quell an average male prisoner who went berserk. He said, "Six, if he has no weapons."

Then, I asked him how many average male guards it took to quell an average female prisoner who went berserk. He said, "Four."

He added that if she had a knife or broken bottle, there was no number who could quell her without someone getting hurt. They would need the shock guns, or sticks, or something like that.

So, if you or anyone you know is one of those smart-alecks who thinks it doesn't matter if a "tiny woman" attacks a man, you are extremely ignorant of the strength of the average woman. She can deal with four trained prison guards, but you think you can whip her with one hand tied behind you. Har, har, har -- back to you.

Note that though female to male abuse being ignored by the cops is much more common, when male to female abuse is ignored the same concept applies that it as a practical matter is not illegal.

Yeah, it's call Marriage, or Live in partners. Abusers, break the Law everyday and they get away with it too.
Because, 90% the laws designed to protect the victim are taken lightly and not enforce by Police Offices, Courts, Family Members, etc. etc.

What do you mean by abuse? Verbal abuse happens all the time without anything being done about it. Physical abuse is easier to prove. YOU are the physical proof.

When it comes to custody of children, it is harder to prove the abuse unless there is proof. My friend's friend would not let her daughter go with her ex when he came to pick up their kid because the ex was drunk. He called (when he sobered up) and complained to (don't remember the agency) and the MOTHER was taken to court because of custody violation. The judge told the mother that under NO circumstance was she to refuse to allow their daughter to leave at her scheduled time. Can someone explain that to me?

Laws of the Universe supercede laws of man. Do unto others as you'd have them do unto you. It's fun to watch and wait and know that if someone has done you wrong, it'll come back and bite em in the **** later. Bide your time. Thank God that whoever this person is gets exactly what they need. Then enjoy! Never fails. But this same principle will apply to you so be careful!

Why would you want to do that? Even if the person is your enemy, you are hurting yourself more than the person you wish to hurt when you go about trying to "get even" and in the long run, you become the person you obsess about.
The Bible says to "Heap coals of fire" on that person. This is done by doing kind things in return for the bad things and it will make the offending person feel bad about the way they treat you.

It is not against the law for you to put on a short skirt, stockings, ans 3" red heels, revealing blouse, sit next to a man, cross your legs and dangle your shoe.
This is abuse to a man/men, and it is legal.

Sure. You tell a woman that she's fat, and she will claim you are inflicting abuse on her. But it's not illegal to call someone fat.
