You definately want to get her into her doctor to run some tests, mostly to check out her hormones and such. I started lactating again about a year after I stopped breastfeeding. I'm on an SSRI (Luvox) and apparently that can sometimes cause lactation. It's a rare side effect, but it happens. I had to lower my dose to get it to stop. Now, with that said, my doctor also ran a series of tests on me to make sure it wasn't something more serious, like a pituitary tumor. So, in a nutshell, yes, certain medications can cause this, but you don't want to make asssumptions. That's why her doctor is running the blood tests.

Ask your doctor about an exercise routine. Regular exercise, such as walking three times a week, may reduce neuropathy pain, improve your muscle strength and help control blood sugar levels. Gentle routines such as yoga and tai chi might also help.
