My son is 14 and has opened a yahoo account and refuses to tell me the password i am fearful he is up to no good

Get a keystroke logger. You'll be able to keep track of what he does and find the passwords.

I am not aware of any rules that you can't have a yahoo account if you're 14. I had one when I was 14. Just check the history of the computer and see what sites he's been to.

well, there is alot of junk out there,so, you have every right to be worried!!!!!!!! how did he open it?who's paying the bill???????? he is under age. you can get a hold of them and have it shut down. it's really up to you how you want to handle it. i tried putting my children on my account and one thought she was grown for a while. i deleted all the accounts other then my own. they still have access to it at school, like my space, which is worse then yahoo. at least yahoo has some guidelines or you get reported. so, maybe that will set you at ease a (little)!!!!!!!! whats his name I'll look out for him on questions and answers to see if he's not using it properly and I'll e-mail you back!!!!!!

Not a good answer, he can log on from any PC anywhere, Better to call yahoo and report him as a minor,

I dont tell my mom my passwords. Just put that parental lock and monitor which websites he goes to.
