i asked a guy out without ever talking to him and he said no.

he avoided me for about a year.

then, he started talking to ME. he had the perfect chance and he took it. for the past 2 days we've been smiling at each other, saying hey, and occassionally talking. i still like him, of course, but did he change his mind about me? or is he just a nice guy?

i'd like to know how to approach this... how do you flirt with a guy who used to avoid you but now talks to you and starts the conversations? im not asking him out again, its his turn, but what SHOULD i do?

thanks!

just ask him out again, is it really that big of a deal, if you really dont want to ask him out, then you have to wait for him, which could take a VERY lond time, or might not even happed at all, i know from experience, i guess they just get shy.

Have fun and good luck!!!!!!!

The problem with girls is that they often think guys are complex beings. Nothing could be further from the truth. The reason he's paying attention to you now is because you probably look decent and this dude and his most recent squeeze have gone their separate ways. Now he's looking for a new squeeze.

He may be a nice guy, but he's looking for new land to conquer and you and a couple of other girls are his targets. Whichever of you seek his attention, you'll win. If you don't seek his attention, then he'll go for another target and you'll be ignored again for a year.

What I would do, because I'm dealing with some boy issues myself and I would like some help on that, but, I flirt with my crushes by, playing hard to get... Although, I'm the shyest person in the world...

Some people just say stuff, and get all nervous about it, and call that flirting, so if I were you say hi every once in a while, get to know him and become a friend I guess...

Well do you really want someone who turned you down then avoided you for a year? Maybe he just enjoys talking with you and you know there is nothing wrong with that some of my best friends are boys and it might later turn into more then just friends.

You should wait. On no account ask him out again, no matter how much you want to. You know what happened last time. Keep flirting with him and make it clear that you don't have a boyfriend. He will ask you out when he is ready.

He was probably into something, or not ready at the time, but now he has decided to look at you smile and say,
"Wow, she's prettier then I thought she was."
He'll ask you out, or you'll gather the courage to ask him out again. Who knows, the Lord works in mysterious ways. Good luck with it all!

When he talks to you, try to keep the conversation going. Get to know him better. Then maybe he will ask you out.

Maybe he was in another relationship at the time or maybe he is the type that needs to ask. Sit back and wait. Act uninterested it gets them every time.
