Hagel - I will do anything to get re-elected. The war is not popular & Chuckie wants to be popular above all else. Maybe the ethics committee did not look deep enough into hidden, I mean left out financial information.

I wouldn't call it flipflopping. I would call it reality, as sad as that is. Chuck Hagel actually has some common sense, which is hard to come by on either side of the aisle these days...

If anything has been achieved in Iraq at all (which I doubt) it is almost certainly not what was intended and may have far-reaching negative effects for future US foreign policy..... In other words, a total failure.
