If he hasnt left yet I think you should tell him. I had a crush on this guy and I was gonna tell him at a party but he never came and I couldnt tell him. I think he's gonna move but now I can't tell him and its too late. I regret that and you shouldn't make that mistake.

Contact him. E-mail him or just call him. Tell him how you feel and maybe then he will try to stay closer and then contact you. There's nothing to loose and someday you guys will maybe end up together.
