I had that happen to me years ago. The doctor told me to go to emergency at the hospital and check in right away.
It turned out to be nothing, but acid reflux disease also causes pain in the upper chest area.

I think it's called Angina, I would give my doctor a call. He can rule that out or give you Nitro to help with that. Could also be a anxiety attack. got a lot of stuff going on? Ring your doctor!

unlikely,you'd know by now.see dr.could be a heart problem,best to have it checked.better safe than sorry.
