Oatmeal w/o butter, olive oil, vegtables, brown rice, deep water fish, fruits, whole grain breads,skinless chicken and turkey (not fried), low fat cottage cheese and milk. Well you get the picture, it's more what you don't eat. Nothing fried, no butter or high fat cheeses, red meat in moderation(minus the fat), no organ meats, no shrimp or oily fish..
