Also, try eating a lot of cold water fish that has lots of omega 3 fatty acid. Its good for the heart!

Oatmeal w/o butter, olive oil, vegtables, brown rice, deep water fish, fruits, whole grain breads,skinless chicken and turkey (not fried), low fat cottage cheese and milk. Well you get the picture, it's more what you don't eat. Nothing fried, no butter or high fat cheeses, red meat in moderation(minus the fat), no organ meats, no shrimp or oily fish..

everything red is good for the cardiovascular system. Strawberies, tomato, raspberries, pomegranade, beets, red plums, chili peppers, and more... make sure to limitate the consumption of fat and cholesterol.

cheerios, and if you're into sweetening your cheerios, use splenda. and use 1 or 2 percent milk or skim milk.
