David,
You are a christian. Stop this evil and deceptive form of missionizing. It degrades christianity.

How can it be "jewish" to believe in jesus. "Jewish" is, by defintion, what jews have historically and contemporarily believe. Since in neither scenario do we find "believing in jesus", then we must clearly realize that belief in jesus is not something "jewish". You can call it "biblical" (and still be wrong), but certainly not "jewish".

on the side, the subject of Isaiah 53 is promised a "long life" and "seed" (i.e. physical children). clearly this isn't about jesus.

and isaiah 7 is clearly not messianic if you read the whole chapter. and "alma" doesn't mean virgin either. You'd know that if you spoke hebrew (I guess it wasn't part of your "extensive jewish upbringing", huh?)

on the side, isaiah 9 can't be about jesus since, according to christianity, he's the "son" not the "father" (as the verse states). Nor did he have control of the governement (to the contrary, the roman government killed him). And he certainly did not establish "endless peace".

Being Jewish is the way to be.

Originally it is commonly (but wrongly)believed that if you were not a direct heir to one of the 12 tribes you could not be a Jew.

However after Jesus' death on the cross and the Jews stoning of Philip... the gospel was taken to the gentiles... The people without the bloodline.

Now today the believers in Christ can lay claim to all the blessings and promises made to Abraham. See the following verses.

Gal 3: 14. That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,16. Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ ..17. And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.
18. For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise......... 28. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
29. AND IF YE BE CHRIST'S, THEN YE ARE ABRAHAM'S SEED, AND HEIRS ACCORDING TO THE PROMISE.

I would encourage you to read it in context for yourself.

IF WE HAVE ACCEPTED CHRIST................WE ARE THE CHOSEN PEOPLE.(JEWS)

Isn't that good news? It is not too late for any one to join the "chosen people"

PS I believe the Jews (bloodline) of today will still play an enormous part in the fulfillment of prophecy. I do not beleive we have replaced the Jews... I believe we have become a part of them.

Before anyone hollers............ Jesus is a Jew. We are His brothers and sisters.

If Jesus was Yeshua why is Jesus not found in the Old Testament.

How does Jesus equal Yeshua?

Yeshua simply translates "Jah is Salvation", according to the Dictionary of the Bible, but there is no way that Jesus translates to anything at all, when this name is an invention of the New Testamen that was written "after" and "about" the crucifixion of two thieves who were named "Jesus King of the Jews" at the request of the Jews for the crucifixion of the Christ who got tagged with the name of Jesus only to cover up the Geat Escape to Feedom from crucifixion by the Christ.

Jesus is actually Jezeus that was converted to Jesus in King James' effort to play God in his translation and version of the Bible.

Jesus or Jezeus was the response of Pilate and Herod, under instructions from Christ, who was respected and worshipped by the Romans as an equal with Zeus and the Emperor of Rome, in order to humiliate and punish the Jews who were into their second attempt to have him crucified.

Christ was set free while two thieves were prepared for crucifixion and who none but the inner circle of Roman authority in Jerusalem knew about and who were battered sufficiently to pass off as the other Jew, with the name of Jesus King of the Jews.

Jesus combines Zeus with Jah to make Zeus equal with Jah and equal with Salvation. Check Luke 4:27 and see the same thing done with El to produce El-i-seus or Elizeus, to make Zeus equal with Zeus and equal with salvation.

Jews are really Yahuudi, or Penitents, who lost tribalism under Moses and became one poeple known as Yahuudi.

If Christians insist on calling Yahuudi Jews only to make them the owners of the now Unholy Land in the Middle East why would they bother to enlighten these Christians who think they know it all and who worship the Jews as the family of Jesus as they make Gods of the Jews?

Jews were not allowed to believe in an earthly messiah.
The Jews are waiting for their messiah to come from heaven.
Meanwhile.. When Jesus returns.. it will be the second coming to christians and the first coming to Jews.

For the same reason some believe in God while others don't. It's basic rebellion.
