What percentage of marriages taken place oversears ( between a US resident / US citizen and a national ) is to be considered as credible?

How would you know those marriages are credible? is there a way to find some flaws?

answer these question as if you have to make a decision on a case in which you have limited time to say wether or not that marriage type isn't phony.

Believe me, they'll find out ... you have to produce the marriage certificate in original, or certified copy for one thing ... which they DO check with the authorities in the country in question ... they can interview you separately for another ... they'll check if you have any bills or property in both names ... again in original ... they'll check photos, and do background checks .... as for limited time, let me tell you ... they take the time it takes to get to the bottom of it ... so don't even go there ......

I really do not know a whole lot about this, but if a person wants to marry someone out side us to a person who is not a legal citizen, then I pretty sure that one has to bacome legalized in the other persons country. You can find marriage records on different web sites just put it into a search engine. Most marriages like that are phony. Watever you are doing be careful.
