I met this girl at camp. She was 13 & I was 13. she liked me i liked her. but mylacky tried to ask her out. i was pissed. she asked me if i would be ok if she went out with him. i said no. later she gave me notes and her e-mail address. i tried to mail her. but it was wrong. she lives a little bit close. what do you think is going on?

I think you nervously typed in the wrong email address. Chill out. When you said NO, did you say it in a pissed off voice with your eyes pushed together? If so, she probably just thought you had an anger management problem or extremely jealous. And believe me, girls don't like jealous guys. Unfortunately, girls do have a tendacy to go for the wrong guy first. It's really a strange thing but it does happen so very often. If you are able to contact her, be sure it's on a friendly basis. You need to become her friend first, so that you guys can really get to know each other better. She'll eventually realize that she made a bad choice by going out with him.

Why do feel it was wrong to e-mail her to find out what was going on? Or did you try to contact her but used the wrong address? In either case, you need to know that two-way communication and a certain level of personal space is going to be very important in starting and continuing relationships. Trying to be too controlling or too demanding is one of the easy ways to drive someone away.
She may be playing you or you may be misunderstanding her motives. E-mail her. Find out what's going on. Otherwise, you'll think up a lot worse things than what is actually the case.

Hmmmm...she either made an honest mistake...she was excited talking to you and was concentrating on YOU,not what she wrote. ORRRRR, she's a bit of a tease. That's no fun. Oh Boy! She is trying to tease you, and you should do your move before other guys will catch her! Do some effort and ask her out for a date.After that start getting to know more about each others feeling.She is playing hard to get but also likes you!then GO GUY!

Well if she lives close to you maybe it would be a good idea to go round and ask her what's going on. That's the only method i can think of that will definitely get you an answer.
