that happens a dozen times a day to me.

Of course they look away, they are guilty and they know it, but need to go first.
Best to let it go.

it depends sometimes when i cut people off i feel really guilty if its an old person or i just can't stop laughing and am having a hard enought time driving to give a nice sly grin over. Most the time though i'll flip u off or yell something to u after i cut u offf just to be an *** and its funny.

Well, if you want an insurance thing to be going on, might as well wait. Then I'd pretty much curse them out from my car. Or follow them and make them nervous for a minute or so.

Illegal/Irresponsible driving is actually a heriditary mental disease. It mostly affects women and the elderly. This mental disease is often accelerated by the use of cell phones while driving. You should avoid all drivers that look away from you while cutting you off, as they are probably carrying the disease, and it's contagious.

If they came close to hitting me I might have some harsh words but otherwise I don't worry much.
