If I'm not mistaken isn't creatine and energy booster of some sort? And xanax is for anxiety attacks.
Either way......you should never combine any medications together without first consulting your doctor, even if it is an over the counter medication.
Alot of over the counter medications counter act with prescription drugs and you could have a really bad reaction.

Try searching for drug interactions on the Internet. From my knowledge Creatine is a stimulant and Xanax is a depressant. I would not suggest mixing them it would be bad for your heart.

Talk to your doctor. Creatine is for muscle building and provides fuel for the body. I honestly don't think there is an interaction, but look it up on Physician's Desk Reference on line @ PDR.net
