Um, I suggest taking a shower and washing your hair at the gym before you go to work. Style as usual with clean hair!

I have the same problem...except it's early morning practice and then school...no going home in between. I usually just put my hair up, but if you don't want to, you can straighten it or curl it and put it in a loose ponytail. When you get home take it out, dry your hair, and touch up whatever you need to. Hope I helped!

Put it up when you work out then when you get home you can let it down and it is not all sweaty....

stick ur head under the sink to get the sweat off. then style it and let it air dry or blow it dry

Dry it and fluff then add a barret. Any barret. Make sure you de-odorize well!
